VPCZ1 How To Updated Clean Install Windows 8

1. burn windows 8 pro to DVD

2. Select from bios to boot from optical disc first

3. Install windows 8 to C

4. after installation [s]choose to boot windows 8[/s] Disable Wifi by Hardware button

5. install Chipset Driver

6. setting – general – advance startup – disable driver signing.(it is somewhere here, will confirm later.)

7. install NVIDIA Graphics Driver – My discoveries on Vaio Z’s Hybrid Graphics , any prompt choose continue anyway.

8. reboot

9. install Audio Driver – Realtek – High definition audio codecs.

10. install Intel Ethernet Driver

11. install Pointing Driver – Drivers | Synaptics
or
11. if you like sony touchpad experience – Synaptics Sony

12. save the following code as fix.reg and merge it (this will fix left edge pull)

30. “bluetooth on” from VAIO Smart Network

31. install Broadcom Bluetooth Driver – Bluetooth Software Download | Broadcom

32. windows update – install optional upec driver

33. open device manager

34. right click anywhere in device manager

35. “scan for hardware change” it will install SD Card Driver

36. MS Card Driver – http://download.sony-asia.com.edgesu…oryRicohMS.EXE please try standby issue

37. restart.

Note:
If you miss the old right scroll of synaptics you can enable it from synaptics settings.
If you never choose windows 7 mode and admin on vaio utilities, control center will be empty, others won’t show up
VAIO update and VAIO care is useless for me but that softwares have been updated to windows 8.
Fixed SD card not detected after standby
Fixed Left Edge Pull
If you don’t disable wifi when first starting you wont be able to install my hybrid graphic driver.
